FoodieMe is a local-only application. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information about you.
This Privacy Policy describes how the FoodieMe mobile application (the "App"), published by Picasso Rayne Studios LLC ("we," "us," "our"), handles information. By installing or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1. No Data Collection
FoodieMe does not collect any personal data. All information you enter into the App — including food entries, meals, recipes, calorie and macro goals, daily logs, and preferences — is stored only on your device.
- We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any account information.
- We do not collect device identifiers, advertising IDs, or precise location.
- We do not use analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or third-party tracking.
- We do not transmit any data from the App to our servers or to any third party.
- We do not have user accounts, sign-in, or cloud sync.
2. Local-Only Storage
Your data is saved in the App's local storage on your device. It stays there until you delete it or uninstall the App. Because the data never leaves your device, we have no ability to access, view, recover, or share it.
If you uninstall the App or clear its storage, your data will be permanently removed from your device. We cannot restore it.
3. Permissions
FoodieMe may request standard device permissions only to enable in-app features (for example, microphone access for voice entry, if used). Any permission you grant is used solely on-device for that feature and is never transmitted off your device.
4. Third-Party Services
We do not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services in FoodieMe.
The App is distributed through app stores such as Google Play. Those platforms may collect their own information under their own privacy policies (for example, download counts and crash reports provided to the developer in aggregate). That information is governed by the store's privacy policy, not ours.
5. Children's Privacy
Because FoodieMe does not collect any personal information, it does not knowingly collect information from children. Age ratings for the App are described on its store listing.
6. Data Security
Your data is protected by the security features of your own device and operating system (for example, device lock and OS sandboxing). We recommend keeping your device updated and using a screen lock to protect access to your local data.
7. Your Choices
You are in full control of your data. To remove it, you can clear the App's data in your device settings or uninstall the App. Because we do not collect or store your data, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of FoodieMe after an update means you accept the updated policy.
