Request deletion of your account and associated data from our apps and services.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at:
support@picassoraynestudios.com
Please include the following in your request:
Required Information
- The email address associated with your account (or the sign-in provider used, e.g., Google, Apple)
- The app or service name (e.g., CodeBloom, KPI Beacon)
- A clear statement that you wish to delete your account and associated data
What Will Be Deleted
Upon processing your request, we will delete:
- Your account profile and identifiers used by the app
- Progress data (XP, streaks, lesson/challenge completion)
- App session data associated with your account
- Any content you have uploaded or created within the app
What May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Transaction and verification metadata required for legal, tax, or fraud prevention purposes
- Records required for chargeback handling (if applicable)
- Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you
Processing Timeline
We process deletion requests within 30 days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been completed.
App-Specific Instructions
For CodeBloom accounts:
- Send an email to support@picassoraynestudios.com
- Include the email address you used to sign up or the Google/Apple account used
- State: "Please delete my CodeBloom account and all associated data"
This will delete your lesson progress, XP, streaks, and account profile.
For KPI Beacon accounts:
- Send an email to support@picassoraynestudios.com
- Include your account email address
- State: "Please delete my KPI Beacon account and all associated data"
This will delete your dashboards, KPI configurations, and account profile.
