End User License Agreement (EULA) – Lone

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“you”) and Picasso Rayne Studios LLC (“Studio”) governing your use of Lone (the “Game”).

1) License Grant

Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to this Agreement.

2) Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Game except as allowed by law.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

  • Distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Game or any portion of it.

  • Circumvent security, DRM, or access controls.

  • Use the Game to create or distribute cheats, bots, or exploits, or to disrupt online services (if applicable).

3) Ownership

The Game is owned by Studio and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement grants a license, not a sale.

4) User Content (if applicable)

If the Game allows you to upload or share content, you retain ownership of your content, but you grant Studio a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, modify (for technical purposes), and display it solely to operate and improve the Game and related services.

5) Updates and Changes

Studio may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Game. You agree that updates may be required to continue using the Game.

6) Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Game and delete all copies in your control.

7) Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STUDIO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE GAME.

9) Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of [Oakwood, GA], without regard to conflict of laws principles.
