End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("you") and Picasso Rayne Studios LLC ("Studio," "we," "us") governing your use of our software products, applications, and games (collectively, the "Software").
1. License Grant
Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Software except as allowed by law
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where such restriction is prohibited by law
- Distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Software or any portion of it
- Circumvent security, DRM, or access controls
- Use the Software to create or distribute cheats, bots, or exploits, or to disrupt online services (if applicable)
3. Ownership
The Software is owned by Studio and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement grants a license, not a sale. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Studio.
4. User Content
If the Software allows you to upload or share content, you retain ownership of your content, but you grant Studio a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, modify (for technical purposes), and display it solely to operate and improve the Software and related services.
5. Updates and Changes
Studio may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software. You agree that updates may be required to continue using the Software. We may also modify this Agreement from time to time.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies in your control.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STUDIO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
